Dear Stakeholders:To gain a deeper understanding of stakeholders' expectations and demands regarding GEM and its ESG initiatives, we sincerely invite you to participate in GEM's 2024 ESG Stakeholder Survey. We would appreciate your valuable opinions and suggestions, which will help us identify and focus on key ESG issues. We are committed to working hand in hand with all stakeholders to overcome challenges and move forward in 2025, jointly creating the next shining global green footprint.This survey is conducted anonymously. Please select or fill in the appropriate answers based on the actual situation you are aware of or your intuitive feelings. There is no right or wrong, or superiority or inferiority in any of the answers, and it does not involve professional field knowledge. Examples of the impact of each issue are provided under all issue items.1 point: Minimal impact, with a very low degree of impact and a limited scope. If a negative impact occurs, it is relatively easy to remedy in the short term.2 points : Slight impact, with a low degree of impact and a concentrated scope. If a negative impact occurs, efforts can be made to remedy it.3 points: Moderate impact, with a medium degree of impact and a medium scope. If a negative impact occurs, it is difficult to remedy or requires a longer time and cost to remedy.4 points: High impact, with a high degree of impact and a wide scope. If a negative impact occurs, it is very difficult to remedy or requires a long-term time and cost to remedy.5 points: Extreme impact, with an extremely high degree of impact on a global scale. If a negative impact occurs, it is irreparable.
