Examples of the impact of each issue are provided under all issue items.1 point: Minimal impact, with a very low degree of impact and a limited scope. If a negative impact occurs, it is relatively easy to remedy in the short term.2 points : Slight impact, with a low degree of impact and a concentrated scope. If a negative impact occurs, efforts can be made to remedy it.3 points: Moderate impact, with a medium degree of impact and a medium scope. If a negative impact occurs, it is difficult to remedy or requires a longer time and cost to remedy.4 points: High impact, with a high degree of impact and a wide scope. If a negative impact occurs, it is very difficult to remedy or requires a long-term time and cost to remedy.5 points: Extreme impact, with an extremely high degree of impact on a global scale. If a negative impact occurs, it is irreparable.
