Sludge, Straw, and Agricultural Waste Plastic Energy Conversion Equipment
China Fireprint equipment can convert sludge, straw, and agricultural waste plastic into usable energy, achieving coordinated multi-waste processing.
The equipment first uses a sorting and shredding system to pulverize straw into 10mm segments and shear waste plastic into 5cm fragments. The sludge is dehydrated to a moisture content below 50%. The three ingredients are then mixed in appropriate proportions and fed into a pyrolysis reactor.
The FP-5 reactor maintains an anaerobic environment at 50-380°C, using a low-frequency magnetic field to catalyze the cracking of organic components in the mixture.
Straw cellulose decomposes into gases such as hydrogen and methane, while waste plastic is converted into light fuel oil fractions. Organic matter in the sludge releases hydrocarbons.
The resulting gases, after purification, can directly power gas-fired generators; the liquid products are fractionated to produce biodiesel; and the solid residue is used as a raw material for organic fertilizer.
A single unit with a daily processing capacity of 3-5 tons can generate 600-1800 kWh of electricity 24 hours a day, meeting the energy needs of small farms. The Fireprint system has an energy self-sufficiency rate of 70%, and the remaining energy can be connected to the grid for output. This not only solves the problem of farmland waste pollution, but also provides clean energy for agricultural production, forming a "waste-energy-agriculture" circular chain.
