FITC Phalloidin通过Phalloidin部分与F-肌动蛋白紧密结合，标记细胞内的微丝结构。Phalloidin的结合可以稳定F-肌动蛋白，防止其解聚，从而在固定或活细胞中保持微丝的完整性。FITC（荧光素异硫氰酸酯）一种绿色荧光染料，激发波长约为495 nm，发射波长约为519 nm，具有高荧光量子产率和良好的光稳定性。
