SY6302是一款专为1系列锂离子电池组设计的超低功耗电池检测仪。
该IC集成了一颗可闪速编程的32位CPU,使得电池参数和固件均可通过I2C在线进行升级。
它能够精确测量电流、电压和温度,并支持高侧和低侧电流感测。
电池组的温度是通过内部温度传感器或外部热敏电阻来测量的。
SY6302能够追踪电池的运行状态,并通过算法计算SOC(充电状态)。
精确的电流感测对于此算法来说并非必要条件。
SY6302 器件有 2mm x 3mm DFN8 和 1.43mm x 1.43mm CSP9(0.5mm 间距)两种封装形式可供选择。
